Promotes boating and boating safety in Quebec. Plays a preventive and informational role in the province. Belongs to several organizations such as the Canadian Safe Boating Council and the Conseil québécois du nautisme. Organizes three boating exhibitions annually and participates in Safe Boating Week. Publishes the newsletter Aqinouvelle. Founded 1982. Two hundred members.
