Members are experienced in forest searches and climbing, rappelling, and diving techniques. Basic rescue training is covered by the firefighting courses of the Ministère de l'éducation. Climbing and rappelling courses are offered by the Canadian Armed Forces and forest search courses by the Direction générale de la sécurité civile. Has an MOU with the airport of L'Ancienne Lorette. Gives rescue demonstrations for students in the region. Publishes articles in the local press. Founded 1973. Thirty-four firefighters.
