Promotes aviation safety. Offers air search, electronic search of distress beacons, and electronic ground search services. Specializes in missing person and aircraft searches. Members are experienced in navigation and electronic search techniques. Belongs to the Association civile de recherche et de sauvetage aériens. Signed an MOU with the Ministère de la sécurité publique du Québec. Publishes Infobec, its quarterly newsletter. Founded 1983. Over 600 volunteer members.
