Fifteen members, representing all regions of the province and including Inspectors with the RCMP and municipal police, meet three times each year to discuss issues related to ground and inland water search and rescue. The committee provides advice and makes recommendations to the Director of the Provincial Emergency Program, Ministry of the Attorney General, on all matters related to ground and inland waters SAR.
