Find Information: |
by Subject [ A to Z ] |
by Sub-site |
The Find Information tool box enables you to find information either by subject and then by document type or by
sub-site:
- by subject (A to Z)
When you click on "by Subject" button, a list of subjects will
be displayed, sorted in alphabetical order for ease of use. Each subject is
followed by a number enclosed in parentheses. This number indicates the
amount of documents that are published for that subject.
- by Document Type
The subject list can further be reduced by selecting a document type and
then clicking on the Submit button. The results will display only the
documents that have the document type that was selected. For example, the
results display four documents for the subject called
"Authentication" and, after selecting the "report" type
the results now display only two documents for that same subject.
- by sub-site
The sub-site list displays a list of all the web sites in its
hierarchical order. This gives you the relationship of each web site for
each of the divisions.

The Related Subjects tool box is an automated list of subjects that are related to your document.
A unique list of related subjects is displayed for each Web page. After clicking on one of the
subjects,
a list of documents will be displayed.
If more than 15 documents are found they will be sorted by
their subject. To view the title of a document, you can click on the arrow
beside the subject. To view all the titles of the documents, you can click on
the "Expand All" button. If you click on the "Collapse All" button, the subject list will be
redisplayed.
