To: All SFOs of all Crown corporations to which the Management, Resources and
Results Structure (MRRS) Policy applies.
SUBJECT: Crown Corporations subject to the MRRS Policy : Amending PAAs for the 2006-2007 Estimates cycle
This is to inform you that TBS has launched a process to allow departments,
agencies and Crown corporations to which the MRRS Policy applies to make changes
to their Program Activity Architecture in order for these to be reflected in the
2006-2007 Annual Reference Level Update (ARLU) and Estimates documents.
A call letter was sent out on April 29 th . Unfortunately, an
error was made at the time of distribution and SFOs for Crown corporations did
not receive the call letter as planned. I apologize sincerely for this error and
am sending you, by way of this e-mail, the call letter that was sent out on
April 29 th .
Recognizing our mistake and the limited time left to meet the original
deadline, please note that the deadline for your organization to send in its
final, SFO signed-off changes to TBS has been pushed to June 24 th .
