Time Off for Voting - June 28, 2004
This is to remind you that the Leave With Pay Policy provides
three consecutive hours to vote during the period the polls are open for federal
elections.
If the scheduled hours of work are such that they do not allow
for three consecutive hours during the period the polls are open, employees
shall be allowed the time necessary to provide for these three hours.
The voting hours on polling day are identified in the enclosed
appendix.
Questions on the application of this policy should be referred
