Upcoming Deadlines - Aboriginal Consultation

All intervenors, including the Government of Canada, will have until noon MT 8 September 2006 to file and serve their evidence on the adequacy of Aboriginal consultation, (Issue 8 of Hearing Order GH-1-2004 as amended).

Intervenors have the opportunity to question Applicant's witnesses on this issue through its General witness panel, which is scheduled to appear in each community. Questioning of intervenor witnesses on this issue will start in Fort Simpson after questioning of Applicant's witnesses during the week of 4 October 2006.
