- Our Business Information Officers are available to speak to you from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, every Government business day;
- Our automated services are available for your use 24 hours a day, seven days a week;
- We provide toll-free phone, and TTY service from all regions of Nova Scotia;
- We answer phone calls promptly;
- We strive to make our services known to you;
- If we are unable to provide an immediate answer when you first contact us, we will provide an estimate of the time required for us to get back to you;
- We strive to respond to your written requests (via fax, mail or Internet) within one business day;
- We provide information on federal and provincial government business-related products, programs, services and regulations that is accurate, helpful, relevant and timely;
- If we must refer you, we will provide you with the contact which will best assist you;
- We strive to provide information in the mode of your choice (in person, by fax, mail or e-mail).
