Jay Krysler is owner/manager of Partners In Enterprise - specializing in entrepreneurship and small business development, education and training. Over the last 25 years, Jay has taught over 1,200 potential or existing business owners in entrepreneurship, business planning and marketing courses at the post-secondary level. Jay has also delivered over 100 seminars or presentations in both national and international forums and conferences.
Jay was a senior adviser on entrepreneurship and small business development for the Alberta government. He has been president of the Canadian Council for Entrepreneurship and Small Business and a past vice-president of the International Council of Small Business.
Currently Jay is the project manager for VenturePrize with is one of the largest business plan competitions in Canada.

Dave Singleton graduated from the Faculty of Law at The University of Calgary and has a total of 13 years experience in Corporate Commercial Law. In 1993, he and his wife started their own law practice under the name of The Business Law Centre TM. In addition to their law practice, they have created another company called The LEGAL EASE TM Library Inc., which offers do-it-yourself kits and guides that allow business owners to complete some of their own legal matters.
