  • Our automated services are available for your use 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

  • Our 1-800 toll-free telephone number is in operation Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our phone lines are also open late on Thursday nights until 8:00 p.m. (except during summer hours).

  • We shall provide on site service during regular business hours Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In addition, we shall provide extended on site service on Thursday nights until 8:00 p.m. (except during summer hours).

  • We answer phone calls promptly.

  • You can access The Business Link from all regions of Canada without long distance charges.

  • We respond to you within one business day, upon receipt of your request in person, by telephone, fax, mail or Internet.

  • We provide current information on federal, provincial and municipal government business-related products, programs, services and regulations. This information is accurate, helpful, relevant and timely.

  • If you must be referred, we provide you with the telephone number(s) of the contact(s) which will best assist you. We encourage you to report back on unsuccessful referrals.

  • If we are unable to provide an immediate answer when you first contact us, we will obtain an answer to your question(s) and provide an estimate of the time for us required to get back to you.

  • We strive to serve you through the method of your choice: in person, by telephone, fax, mail, e-mail or through the Internet.
