It all clicks @ www.e-future.ca

The Business Link's E-Future Centre is proud to announce the launch of its new web site. The E-Future Centre is Alberta's first stop for e-business information. With the launch of our web site, clients can access our services through the Internet, our 1-800 number, e-mail, or by contacting one of our 11 Mini E-Future Centres located throughout Alberta.

The web site provides products and services that enable Alberta businesses to plan or enhance their e-business strategy. On the site you'll find:

  • 28 Info-Guides on everything from search engines to supply chain management,
  • a e-business links directory,
  • e-business events, including our free Brown Bag Presentations and our Small Business Seminars,
  • federal & provincial government e-business initiatives,
  • information on the Mini E-Future Centres,
  • information on our 20 e-business Guest Advisors,
  • a listing of our e-business library resources,
  • links to the history of the Internet, success stories, e-business stats, and much more...

Whether you're getting connected to the Internet, building your web site, or considering business-to-business e-commerce, don't miss this opportunity to learn more about e-business and its role in your organization.

The new Service Alberta web site recently went live, marking the first steps to make it easier for Albertans to access the Government of Alberta. Eventually Service Alberta will extend to any service channel Albertans choose to use - whether that's Internet, phone, mail, fax or in person.

By going to www.servicealberta.ca, Albertans can find information and services from across government without having to know which department provides what service. Information and services are organized by popular topics, life events and customer groups. A range of online services, publications, forms, common questions and useful phone numbers are now available in one spot. Albertans don't have to know how government is organized to find what they need. And the web site is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

For Alberta's entrepreneurs, the site also offers an entire section for business and one for employers and employees.

The Business Link works in partnership with 34 Regional Access Sites located throughout the province, plus the Calgary Business Information Centre (CBIC), to provide information and resources to Alberta entrepreneurs. To find the closest Regional Access Site in your area, visit our web site at: www.cbsc.org/alberta/regional.cfm.
