Most materials in the CSBSC library are available for loan, on a "walk-in" basis, with a current library membership.  A membership can be taken out, at no cost, by completing a Library Membership Application Form, available from a Business Information Officer in the library. Our network of Regional Access Partners may also carry the resource you are looking - check the map to find a site near you.

  • Resource material(s) will be loaned for a period of two (2) weeks, with no exceptions.
  • A penalty of $1.00 per day, per item, will be charged in late fees.
  • If borrowed material is not returned to the Canada-Saskatchewan Business Service Centre library, or is returned in damaged condition, the replacement cost will be charged to the borrower.
  • Failure to return material or pay late fees will result in the suspension/discontinuation of borrower's privileges.
  • "For Reference Only" material and current magazines will not be available for loan.
  • There will be a limit of three (3) items (books and/or videos) per client and no more than two (2) items on a specific topic.
  • All material will be loaned at the discretion of the CSBSC staff so that the items in high demand or short supply will always be available in the library.
