The Export Diagnostic is an online tool to help businesses assess their export readiness and identify priorities as they prepare to enter foreign markets. For businesses that are currently exporting, the tool may assist in fine-tuning export strategies.

Summary

The Export Diagnostic can help potential exporters by:

identifying their internal organizational structure, as well as product or service strengths and weaknesses in terms of export potential;
providing businesses with an overall evaluation of their export readiness with regards to resources, competitiveness, and expectations;
identifying key areas the potential exporter needs to focus on before entering a foreign market; and
offering tips to assist in export readiness.
