Industrial Incubation Program
Abstract |
In order to encourage the start-up of new manufacturing and processing enterprises, the N.S. Department of Development through Industrial Estates Limited, initiated in 1978 the construction of two ten unit multi-tenant buildings located in Debert and Kentville. For those who qualify for occupancy and assistance, a rental subsidy program is available which, in the first year, will reduce rent by as much as 60 percent. This assistance will decrease gradually and , after a maximum period of five years, tenants will be expected to construct their own facilities to make room for new enterprises.Table of Contents:- Industrial Incubation Program
