The travel agencies and tour operators/wholesalers industries are at the heart of the tourism industry. The purpose of this report is to present a profile of the supply side of the travel industry. The report provides an analysis in two separate chapters. The first chapter covers the travel agencies industry, while the second chapter deals with the tour operators/wholesalers industry. Each chapter provides a set of tables and analysis of general characteristics, revenue and cost structures, client base, marketing methods, and trade patterns.
