Abstract |

The Atlantic Provinces Special Education Authority Resource Centre for the Visually Impaired serves the visually impaired of the four Atlantic Provinces. Its function is twofold; as a resource centre, it provides services within the Atlantic Provinces to those attending public school; and as a residential school, Sir Frederick Fraser School, provides a wide range of services in Halifax.
This brochure explains the goal of APSEA-RCVI, and gives information about its various programs.
