The Book Publishing Industry Development Program provides funds to the Canadian publishing industry. The principal objective of the "Aid to Industry and Associations" component is to help the Canadian book publishing industry to promote the works of Canadian authors in Canada and abroad. There are five categories of projects in this component: marketing and promotion, research, professional development, business planning, and publishing internships. This publication explains the eligibility criteria and contains an application form for funding.
