The Revenue Division provides information and advice to businesses on all aspects of The Provincial Sales Tax Act. The Revenue Division regulates PST tax collection, issues tax information bulletins and provides tax rulings. Several publications are available to all interested parties: the Information Bulletins and tax forms.
Eligibility Criteria
All Saskatchewan businesses that make retail sales are required to collect the PST. Businesses and organizations not making retail sales may also be required to become registered.
