SPECIAL STUDY ON SPECIFIC CLAIMS The Committee has undertaken a special study on specific claims. In particular the study is looking at the effectiveness of the federal government’s process for dealing with specific claims, with a view to identifying the nature and cause of delays in the process as well as potential solutions that would best eliminate any bottlenecks. Those invited to appear before the Committee or wishing to submit a written brief should read the Terms of Reference for this study in order to tailor their presentation or brief to the questions the Committee wants to address. |
