After two waitresses at a restaurant suffered from sexual harassment from the cook and received no support from their boss, they filed complaints under the Manitoba Human Rights Act. The case finally made its way to Ottawa in 1989 and the Supreme Court of Canada decided that sexual harassment is a form of discrimination.... |
