Public Service Modernization Act Learning Strategy

Campusdirect offers two online products which form part of the Public Service Modernization Act (PSMA) Learning Strategy.

• Essentials of Public Service Labour Relations Act (PSLRA) / Financial Administration Act (FAA)
• Essentials of Public Service Employment Act (PSEA)

These online modules are based on Session 1 and Session 2 of the Canada School of Public Service classroom course PSMA Accountabilities and Responsibilities (P101). The content has been extracted from the classroom participant's manual and other handouts, and augmented with links to resources on various government Web sites.

Like the classroom courses, our online products are aimed at employees at all levels of the public service.

Public Service Core Learning

The Canada School of Public Service (CSPS) launched a new learning program to provide managers at all levels with the basic information needed to make the appropriate decisions in this constantly changing and complex environment. Aligned with the Management Accountability Framework (MAF), this curriculum addresses key areas where public service employees have stewardship responsibility: HR Management, Finance, Procurement and Information Management .
