This course examines the policy and legislative framework within which you must operate. It introduces an on-line knowledge tool as a common reference point for the interpretation and application of federal government policies, guidelines, regulations and practices in the areas of procurement, materiel management and real property. This course is recognized by the Professional Development and Certification Program for the Procurement, Materiel Management and Real Property community.
