It is a courseware adaptation of the official program used to teach French in the federal government. PFO 1, 2 and 3 correspond to the three first units of a series of fifteen. PFO deals with a wide range of knowledge and skills commonly required in work situations representative of public administration. Each learning objective reflects typical workplace language tasks. Target AudiencePFO is intented for anyone wishing to learn basic skills and knowledge of French through individual learning. MethodPFO offers a wide range of pedagogical activities: matching, drag and drop, open questions, multiple choice, dictation, "Listen, Record and Compare", pronunciation practice, etc. Before or after each learning objective, a test measures your grammatical knowledge.
