Registration Information & Schedule
Since you are a new employee your department/agency will have already informed the Canada School of Public Service that you are eligible to attend the Orientation Program. If you have not already received an invitation letter, you will shortly, advising you of the telephone number to enable you to register. You must obtain approval from your manager/supervisor before registering since your travel costs will be covered by your department/agency. You are encouraged to register to the Orientation Program within the first two months of your appointment. Your registration will be confirmed by e-mail or fax by the Client Contact Centre at the Canada School of Public Service. For registration information on this course, please contact your required training coordinator or the School’s Client Contact Centre. Cancellation Policy Once registered, you can withdraw from a course without penalty, provided you fax or e-mail the School a cancellation notice at least 14 calendar days before the course start date.
