Evaluation

The learning specialist, responsible for the evaluation has created a conceptual framework for the learning program to ensure as a base, the coverage of the level 3 (Kirkpatrick). That evaluation covers both the program in general and its different components. The information is collected individually and by cohort. In 2005, approaches are made to cover level 4 –ROI (Kirkpatrick and Phillips) through one-on-one meetings with the learning specialist and the participant after about a year in the program.

Starting with the 4th cohort, a longitudinal study will be produced permitting long term comparative studies between cohorts.
