My Service Canada Account: An improved Service

This on-line service allows you to view and print copies of your Canada Pension Plan (CPP), Old Age Security (OAS) and Employment Insurance (EI) tax information slips. You can submit these copies with your Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) tax return.

In addition to viewing and printing your tax slips, you can also use the Tax Information Slips service to choose to stop receiving your tax slips by mail.

New for 2006! Employment Insurance (EI) recipients can now use this service.

To use this on-line service, you must:

Personal Access Code (PAC)

If you do not already have a PAC you can request one on-line. To login using your PAC you must also provide your social insurance number, first name, last name, date of birth and your mother's last name at her birth.

EI Access Code

Your EI Access Code is found at the bottom right hand corner of your first EI benefit statement. To login using your EI Access Code you must also provide your social insurance number, date of birth and province of residence.

Please note: You must provide either your 7-character PAC or your 4-digit EI Access Code each time you login. Keep your access code in a safe location and do not include it in any written correspondence.

Security Warning: If you are using this service on a shared computer in a public area (i.e. public kiosk or library), please do not leave the computer unattended while accessing this service. Before leaving the computer, it is also important that you fully log out of the application, clear your browser's cache and close down your browser. These precautions will ensure that no one else can access any personal information you may have entered.
