What is an NR4 or NR4-OAS slip?These are tax slips that you get if you receive CPP and/or OAS benefits while living outside Canada. You must include these slips when filing your Canadian income tax return. They are also useful for calculating your income if you have to report these pensions as part of a tax return in another country. If you lived in Canada at any time during the past year, you may also receive a T4 slip. International benefitsIf you live in a country that has a social security agreement with Canada, you may be eligible for benefits from that country. To find out, contact HRDC.
