T he Going Global Science and Technology Fund is administered by International Trade Canada (ITCan) to promote Canada's international science and technology collaboration by assisting Canadian researchers in the identification and the establishment of new international collaborative R&D initiatives with foreign partners.

Non-federal government researchers are eligible.

Summary
The Fund can provide up to 50% of non-research costs (travel, accommodation and other non-research expenses) to a maximum of $50 000 per project.
The merit of each proposal will be assessed against a number of pre-established criteria.
