Over $226,000 raised through faculty and staff fundraising
On October 14, the Faculty and Staff Fundraising Committee  - dedicated to raising funds to increase the quantity and value of scholarships, bursaries and awards - raised $1900 during Acadia’s Homecoming football game.  Funds raised to date through faculty and staff donations and Saturday’s event exceeds $226,000.

Remembrance Day Service at Acadia University
On Saturday, November 11 the Remembrance Day Service for Wolfville and area will be held in Convocation Hall at Acadia beginning at 10:45 a.m. Each year, this service is conducted cooperatively by the C.B. Lumsden No. 74 Branch (Wolfville) of the Royal Canadian Legion and Acadia University and led by chaplain Rev'd. Roger H. Prentice.

The Magic Flute
On Monday, November 13 the Acadia Performing Arts Series presents The Magic Flute by W.A. Mozart. Jeunesses Musicales du Canada in association with the Opéra de Québec and the Camp musical des Laurentides will perform this all-time classic opera directed by François Racine taking place at the Festival Theatre at 8pm.

Friday, November 17 - 1 to 9 p.m.
Saturday, November 18 - 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday, November 19 - 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
