Strategy for a Racism-free Workplace

EMPLOYMENT EQUITY ACT REVIEW 2006

    As the legislation requires a Parliamentary review every five years, it is expected that the Standing Committee on Human Resources, Skills Development and the Status of Persons with Disabilities will initiate a second review the current Act in the Fall of 2006.
