What's a PDF?
The PDF file concept and software was created by Adobe. It is a portable document format that allows people to translate paper documents in their original layout into electronic format for easy downloading and use on computers. All PDF files can be viewed or printed by installing Adobe Acrobat Reader onto your computer.

Get Acrobat Reader

To view or print PDF files, use the following procedure:

  1. Download Adobe Acrobat Reader from the Adobe website.
  2. Install Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer.
  3. Download the PDF file from the WCB website onto your computer. Note which directory on your computer the file was saved in.
  4. Start Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer.
  5. Open the PDF file you downloaded from the WCB website on your computer using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  6. Print or view the PDF file while in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
