TO EMPLOYERS WHO RECEIVE MEXICAN WORKERS BY TRANSFER

It is your responsibility to notify the Mexican Consulate and F.A.R.M.S. immediately with the following information:

Name(s) of worker(s) transferred to your farm including the worker code
Name of Sending Employer
Date you received the worker(s)
Ensure that you receive a copy of Y-T-D pay records from originating employer
