NOTE:

1) For 2006 when tobacco is fully mechanically harvested, the normal work day for the harvesting crew shall consist of an aggregate of eight (8) hours to be compensated at the prevailing unit (kiln) rate. Work performed by the harvesting crew in excess of eight (8) hours in the same day will be paid at the prevailing hourly rate. Where the employer has less than eight (8) hours of aggregate work when mechanically harvesting a kiln; the harvesting crew will be paid at the full unit (kiln) rate;

2) includes planting and all other hourly paid duties;

3) includes ginseng, mechanically harvested tomatoes; field and greenhouse vegetables;

4) includes apples.
