18.10.0    WRITE-OFF

The Regulations¹ provides the Commission with the discretionary authority to write off debts under certain circumstances and conditions. If the overpayment resulted from a false or misleading statement, whether or not knowingly made certain regulatory² provisions governing write-off cannot be applied³.
