Acting Members present: Mario Laframboise for Jean-Yves Laforest and Borys Wrzesnewskyj for Paul Zed.

On motion of Jim Peterson, it was agreed, — That the Committee adopt the travel budget in the amount of $4,865 to cover the costs of registration for members and staff to attend a seminar on “Access to Information” in Ottawa on September 25 and 26, 2006.
The witnesses made a presentation and answered questions.
