Appealing an Employment Insurance (EI) decision

A decision of Human Resources and Skills Developmen Canada (HRSDC) in relation to your EI claim for benefits can be appealed. Information on how to file and prepare for an appeal can be found at Serving Employment Insurance Appellants. Government of Canada site
