This report provides an overview of the Conversation on the successes and continuing challenges of foreign credentials recognition. Recent studies show that immigrants are not performing as well economically as Canadian-born workers or as previous cohorts of immigrants. Participants discussed some possible explanations for these poor job outcomes.
