Summary
The Training On the Job Program is a plan put in place by the Department of Education in which they contract with an employer to provide an opportunity to a trainee to develop essential workforce skills. This training is intended to result in permanent employment with that organization. This program will provide employers with money to help them train eligible Nunavut residents to gain the necessary skills they need to find and keep meaningful work or promotion with an organization.
