Introduction

We are pleased to present the on-line edition of the Saskatchewan Women's Directory. This database will always reflect the most current information, as revisions will be made as they are received. The printable/downloadable version of the directory however, may not reflect the most current information, as updates to it will be made quarterly.

This database is designed to serve several purposes:

• to provide a ready source of information about services of interest to women;
• to provide a listing of women's organizations currently active in the province;
• to increase referral and communication between groups;
• to point out organizations women can contact to become involved; and,
• to inspire women with the diversity of activity taking place within the province.

A sincere effort has been made to include services and organization from all areas of Saskatchewan - rural, northern and urban. In addition to the basic organizational description and main contact address, the Regional Address list includes services and organization representatives located throughout the province.

This database can be searched: alphabetically; by subject; or by region. Please note that some organizations listed on this site may charge fees for their services. We hope that you will find it useful and that you will share it with your friends, clients and co-workers.

The world of organizations and services is a dynamic one. We have attempted to ensure that the information contained in this database is as accurate as possible, yet, every week there are new developments as organizations form and change.
