Deposit Account Holders

Charges will be deducted from the money you have in your deposit account with the Corporations Branch.

In order to use your Deposit Account to access the on-line Registry, you must have a user name, and password provided by the Corporations Branch. If you already have this, Return to the Welcome page and click on Enter the Corporation Branch Web Site. If you do not have the appropriate authority and would like access to this information, please download the application, complete it and return the application to the Corporations Branch. Applications available from this site are in Adobe Acrobat format (.PDF); to obtain the latest version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader, click on the icon at the bottom of the Welcome Page.

Set Up An Account

The first time you use the system, you will have to set up an account. During the set up you will be required to choose a User Name and Password. You may choose to have the system store Credit Card information, or choose to enter your Credit Card information each time you log in. Stored Credit Card information is encrypted.

Charges quoted are in Canadian Funds. If payment is made with a US credit card, the amount paid will be converted to the US Fund equivalent on your credit card statement

Refunds will not be processed over the Internet. For information regarding a refund of an on-line payment, please call (306) 787-5829 during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday). Refunds of credit card payments will be made back to the credit card.

Set Up An Account
Step 1 From the Welcome Page, click on Enter the Corporations Branch Web Site.
Step 2 Click on Setup.
Step 3 Information on the Branch's web site appears. If you accept the terms and conditions, click on Accept.
Step 4 The Account Setup Page appears. Enter your name, address and phone number. The account name will be your name or you may enter the name of your company. Click on Next.
Step 5 Enter a User Name and Password, password question and answer. You may choose to have the system store your credit card information or enter your credit card information each time you log in. Click on Next.
Step 6 If you choose to have the system store your credit card information, you will be requested to enter the credit card information. Click on Proceed.
Step 7 The Account Confirmation page appears. You may wish to print this page for your records.
Step 8 Click on Login in the top right hand corner of the screen
Step 9 On the Login page, enter your User Name and Password and click on Login. If you ever forget your Password, click on Forgot Password and enter your User Name. Your Password Reminder Question will appear. Enter the answer. The system will send your password to the e-mail address you provided at the time the account was set up. If you can't remember your User Name, or you do not have a Password Reminder Question, phone (306) 787-2962 for assistance.
Step 10 The Main Menu will appear.

System Requirements/Browser Options

The minimum system requirements needed to access the Corporations Branch web system are as follows:

Processor: Intel Pentium
Modem: 28.8 kb
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 95 or later; OR Microsoft Windows NT 4 or later
Internet Service Provider: You must subscribe to an Internet Service provider who provides general access to the Internet at speeds of 28.8 kb or faster.
Web Browser: The Corporations Branch Registration Web Site will work with Internet Explorer 5.2, 5.5 and 6.0 and Netscape 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, 7.0, 7.1, 7.2 and 8.0 browsers. When newer versions of the browsers become available and are tested, we will advise of their acceptability for use on our web site.

Levels Of Access

What you can access depends on the level of access for which you qualify. Anyone who sets up an account qualifies for Level One Access.

Level One Access
  • Searching for existing information, ordering copies of documents
  • Submitting a request to reserve a name
  • Incorporating a Saskatchewan Business Corporation
  • Registering a Sole Proprietorship
  • Filing an Annual Return or Renewal Notice on your own Corporation or Business Name
Level Two Access
  • Same as Level One PLUS
  • Filing notices of change on your own Corporation or Business Name
NOTE: With written authorization from the directors of a corporation, or the owners of a business name, Agents may file certain notices on their client's behalf.
Level Three Access
  • Available only to law firms (members of the Saskatchewan Bar)
  • Searching for existing information, ordering copies of documents and submitting a request for Name Search and Reservation
  • Entering information for annual returns, change of Directors, change of Registered Office, change of Shareholders, Registration of Business Names, Incorporation and Name Change
