AID TO EMPLOYERS RE: Workers' Compensation
Mission Statement:
The mission of Employers' Advocates is to assist New Brunswick employers
in matters concerning workers' compensation through communication, consultation
and education and by advising and representing them on issues before the
Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission.
AS AN EMPLOYER YOU SHOULD KNOW...
Employers' Advocates are now in place to help you on matters which pertain to the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission, the Workers' Compensation Act, and in particular the appeals process. There are three (3) Employers' Advocates' offices currently serving New Brunswick; Fredericton, Moncton and Bathurst. Please see next page for addresses and telephone numbers of these offices.
