Help for injured workers on Workers' Compensation matters


Mission Statement

Workers' Advocates are in place to help injured workers and their families obtain the benefits they are entitled to receive under the New Brunswick Workers' Compensation Act.

How to use the service:

Telephone or write the Office of the Workers' Advocate nearest you. Provide some basic information concerning your claim and the nature of the problem. Always refer to your Compensation Claim number. State what you want clearly. Please call and arrange an appointment with an advocate before coming to the office.
