The Canadian Technology Network (CTN) is an NRC Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC-IRAP) initiative that offers technological and business advisory services to small and medium Québec enterprises in all sectors. In other regions, the Quebec CTN coordination office will connect you to key people that are part of their informal network of contacts.

Eligibility Criteria

Small and medium Canadian companies in all sectors, located in Québec.

Summary

The CTN provides businesses with an easy and comprehensive access to the specialised resources they need to innovate like:

  • access to technology solutions (patents, testing facilities, experts);
  • access to relevant information on government and private sector programs and services;
  • benchmarking;
  • advice on managing technology;
  • training;
  • financing (private and public sources);
  • standards and regulations;
  • assessment and evaluation of technologies.

Assistance Provided
The CTN offers a personalized, confidential one-on-one service. You can speak with an advisor who will analyze your situation and offer advice directly, or access information from the CTN Web site. Each member of the CTN can link you to other members with needed skills and expertise.
