Community Capital is committed to helping people who are ready and willing to move forward in their lives through the delivery of two basic programs:
Small Business Development
- Community Capital will discuss business ideas with potential borrowers
- Training is available to provide participants with personal money management and business related skills as needed
- Community Capital staff may be able to suggest additional funding resources/options to clients
- Community Capital's resources are targeted toward lower income citizens and those who need to turn to micro-enterprise opportunities as a result of changing life circumstances
Personal Financial Education
- Community Capital facilitates sessions and workshops on a variety of money management topics
- Session content can be custom designed to meet your client or organization's needs
- One to one financial coaching is also available
- Personal Financial Management Education is available to all Central Albertans

Summary
Community Capital is a non-profit organization based in Red Deer that is committed to helping people make better financial decisions and reach their financial goals. We offer free personal financial education in the form of group sessions ranging from financial goal setting to financing your child’s education. We are available to provide one on one coaching to individuals who have specific concerns about their current financial situation and their financial future. If your goal is to own your own business, Community Capital also offers small business development sessions and small business loans to people who cannot secure a loan from traditional sources.
