Purchase Paper Copies Queen's Printer offers a fee-based paper service for all Freelaw® publications online, through mail, in person and by telephone. The cost-recovery fee for the paper service includes regular mail delivery and can be paid for by MasterCard and Visa, OR additionally by cheque or in cash in person at our Regina location.
