Industry Canada (IC)

Last Verified: 2006-06-22

The Public-Private Partnership (P3) Office's mandate is to increase awareness of public-private partnerships by providing a centre of knowledge and expertise on P3 issues.

The P3 Office is an initiative of the Sustainable Technologies and Services Industries Branch of Industry Canada, whose mandate is to foster competitive, knowledge-based Canadian service industries. Canadian services firms in sectors such as engineering, architecture, construction, legal, and management consulting can provide cost-effective, innovative solutions for public infrastructure and services by way of public private partnerships. Done the right way, P3s offer promising new business opportunities for Canadian services firms.
