An easy-to-remember number to reach the City of Toronto. Staff at the Access Toronto Call Centre will do their best to make sure you get the information you need. The Call Centre is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday except for the following holidays. Service is available in person at City Hall and the civic centres from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

* * "Our City" Guide
Access Toronto has produced a booklet entitled "Our City" which contains information about basic city services and programs. It lists key phone numbers and Web site details and includes a ward boundary map and list of Councillors. As this booklet would be very useful to newcomers, it has been produced in many languages, all downloadable.
Whose job is it to fix?

"Self Guided Tour of City Hall"
Visitors to Toronto will not want to miss touring one of the most popular and unique architectural buildings in Toronto. Toronto City Hall offers a self-guided tour that includes such popular attractions as the Hall of Memory, the "Metropolis" nail mural and the Council Chamber. The public may tour the first and second floors, and visit the Council Chamber when Council is in session. Download your copy of the self-guided tour brochure or pick one up at the information desk at Toronto City Hall. Hours are 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
