Adobe Application Forms Help

Please note: the steps described below only need to be completed once and not every time you view the file. Completing these steps will also rectify any problems that may be occuring attempting to view other Adobe Acrobat (*.pdf) files using Internet Explorer.

1. Click on the link to the Record of Employment (ROE) order form guide.

2. Click on the Tools menu, and select Internet Options.

3. Select the Advanced tab, and click on the Restore Defaults button

4. Click on Apply and then OK.

5. Refresh the page (keyboard shortcut F5 or select the View menu and choose Refresh). The form should now appear.
