Annual Report of the Commissioner of Official Languages for the calendar year 1995, pursuant to the Official Languages Act, R.S.C. 1985 (4th Supp.), c. 31, s. 66.-Sessional Paper No. 2/35-116.

Presentation of Reports from Standing or Special Committees

The Honourable Senator Kirby, Chairman of the Standing Senate Committee on Banking, Trade and Commerce, informed the Senate that, pursuant to the Order adopted by the Senate on March 28, 1996, he had deposited the Second Report of the said Committee entitled: "Crown Financial Institutions", with the Clerk of the Senate on April 1,1996.-Sessional Paper No. 2\35-117S.

The Honourable Senator Kirby moved, seconded by the Honourable Senator Davey, that the Report be placed on the Orders of the Day for consideration at the next sitting.

The question being put on the motion, it was adopted.

We, Her Majesty's most loyal and dutiful subjects, the Senate of Canada in Parliament assembled, beg leave to offer our humble thanks to Your Excellency for the gracious Speech which Your Excellency has addressed to both Houses of Parliament.
